Meet Amanda - Experienced East County Realtor

Realtor Amanda Montgomery has been serving the real estate needs of San Diego County residents since 2013. Her favorite aspect of her career is being able to be a part of that milestone in people’s lives when they undertake what is likely to be the biggest investment they’ll ever make. “I’m blessed to have a business where I can give back,” Amanda says. And according to all the positive feedback from her clients, Amanda’s honesty, dedication and integrity play an integral role in her generosity of spirit.

Amanda’s journey to becoming a Realtor began a long time ago. She and her husband, a Peace Officer with the State of California, have owned and renovated a number of homes themselves. She’s learned firsthand the ins and outs of real estate buying and selling, and developed early on a passion for real estate and all its possibilities.

Working as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the California Highway Patrol also afforded Amanda a bounty of experience with multi-tasking, mastering listening skills, being able to glean pertinent information from short discussions, and dealing with people who are operating under a lot of stress. The job also enabled her to develop an intimate knowledge of the various San Diego County areas. Her strong work ethic was always present. As a college student, Amanda worked not one, but two jobs to help pay her own way. These two jobs, as a waitress and a hotel guest services manager, gave her significant practice with communicating with people from many different walks of life.

As a Realtor, Amanda is adept at working with both buyers and sellers. She’s particularly excited to help homeowners who are move-up buyers. In her years of experience, she’s found that many of her past clients return to her again when it’s time for them to buy and sell. If repeat business is any indication of an agent’s skill, Amanda has it in spades. Not only do her clients come back, but they consistently refer Amanda Montgomery to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell in San Diego County.
